Who We Are
IMS was formed by a group of individuals whose backgrounds, although diverse, had one common denominator; the Automotive Industry. The founding members of this company are an Automotive Advertising Executive, an ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds programming expert, Corporate Compliance Attorneys, an F&I Director with 17 years of experience and a Multi-Franchise Dealer Principal. These various backgrounds were essential when designing the software for our business intelligence tool, The DealActivator.
The car guys knew who to look for, the programmer knew how to find them,
the advertising executive knew how to communicate with them and the
attorneys made sure we stayed in
compliance with all state and federal
privacy laws and regulations.
