Who We Are

Dominion's DealActivator was conceived by IMS, or Intelligent Marketing Systems -- a group of individuals whose backgrounds, although diverse, had one common denominator: the automotive industry.

The founding members of this company are an Automotive Advertising Executive, an ADP/Reynolds & Reynolds programming expert, Corporate Compliance Attorneys, an F&I Director with 17 years of experience, and a Multi-Franchise Dealer Principal. These various backgrounds were essential when designing the DealActivator and ensuring a dealer's compliance with all state and federal privacy laws and regulations.

In 2011, DealActivator was acquired by Dominion Dealer Solutions and organized with @utoRevenue (Managed Marketing Services) and AVV Web Control (Internet Lead Management) under Autobase, the automotive industry's premier CRM for auto dealers. Enhanced by the incredible equity lead generation power of the DealActivator, Autobase served over 80,000 users nationwide as the CRM arm of Dominion Dealer Solutions.

As of 2012, Autobase (with DealActivator) and its sister Dominion companies, Dealer Specialties (inventory management) and Dealerskins (websites and online/mobile marketing), have unified under the single brand of Dominion Dealer Solutions.
